Healthy eats !

  

When it comes to dinner I like to eat healthy and light. No one wants to go to bed feeling bloated . This is one of my favorite dishes . This is grilled chicken breast with sirachi sauce and red peppers it’s easy to make and under 600 calories. The peppers help with your metabolism so that’s a plus!  Just season your chicken put it in the oven under 350 degrees and boil your brocolli and viola !                    Enjoy !  Xo
